Typically light boxes consist of an aluminium extruded section of various depths (typically size dependent) that house a front face panel (usually acrylic, ACM or aluminium sheet material).

LED modules are housed within the box to provide illumination.

Acrylic panels can be decorated with profile cut vinyl graphics, or a full translucent digital print.

Aluminium and ACM sheets are typically used when lettering and logos are stencilled out of the sheet to illuminate these elements only.
