A number of tower blocks have recently been refurbished by Birmingham City Council, improving the living conditions for residents by providing attractive, energy efficient and warmer homes.

Our brief:
In 2015 Beta Signs were asked to come up with a design proposal for new architectural signage, that could be rolled out for each tower block set for refurbishment.

Since then we have regularly provided signage for the tower blocks, which usually consist of halo illuminated lettering mounted to a folded aluminium back tray, located at key entrance points to each block.
