Lettering and logos can be stencil cut out of a tray and backed up with acrylic, with LED modules housed within to provide face illumination.
An additional layer of acrylic can be laid into the stencilling.
The additional layer can be the same thickness of the tray material, resulting in a flush finish (know as flush inlaid).
Alternatively, the additional layer can be thicker than the tray material, resulting in a protruding finish (known as push-through), which also provides a halo illuminated glow around the stencilling.
